Frequently asked questions
How long are my analyses kept?
The full history of your analyses (data, reports, maps, exports) is kept for 2 years in your workspace. Beyond that, you can request an archive or deletion at any time.
Which AI powers Vitru’IA?
Vitru’IA does not rely on a single model: depending on the task (reading drawings, regulatory analysis, writing), the best-suited model is called, chosen from open-source models self-hosted exclusively on European clouds, out of reach of the US Cloud Act. They are selected for their technical rigour and their alignment with security best practice.
Are your services GDPR compliant?
Yes. Vitru’home is 100% compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is hosted in the European Union and encrypted at rest and in transit. You retain exclusive ownership of your data and can request its export or deletion at any time.
Where is my data hosted?
All your data is hosted on certified infrastructure in France and the European Union. No data passes through or is stored outside the EU.
Is my data used to train the AI?
No. Your analyses, documents and conversations with Vitru’IA are never used to train any AI model. Your data remains strictly private and confidential.
Can I export my analyses?
Yes. Every analysis can be exported to PDF and Word. You can download your reports at any time from your workspace.
What does “unlimited” mean in the subscription?
Usage is governed by limits displayed at all times in your workspace, calculated over two rolling windows of 30 days and 60 days, so you always know where you stand before reaching a limit. These limits target automated or abusive use. Normal professional use never reaches them.
