Enforcement
In the event of a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy, Vitru'home applies a response proportionate to the seriousness of the facts.
Serious breaches (immediate termination without notice). For breaches that constitute or are likely to constitute a criminal offence (in particular child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non‑consensual intimate images, proven fraud, attacks undermining the security of the platform or of its users), Vitru'home immediately suspends the account without notice and reports the matter to the competent authorities (PHAROS in France, NCMEC in the United States or any equivalent body in the country concerned). In such cases, no refund is due, in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Other breaches (notice and right to be heard). For any other breach, Vitru'home sends the user a written notification to the registered email address, specifying the nature of the breach. The user has a period of seven (7) days to submit their observations or to remedy the situation by writing to team@vitruhome.com. At the end of this period, Vitru'home may suspend or terminate the account. Where applicable, sums already paid are refunded pro rata to the services not used.
