Accessibility statement

Vitru’home is committed to making its digital services accessible, in accordance with the RGAA 4.1 (equivalent to WCAG 2.1 level AA).

This English translation is provided for convenience only. The French version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of discrepancy.

Compliance status

vitruhome.com is non-compliant with the French General Accessibility Improvement Framework (Référentiel général d'amélioration de l'accessibilité, RGAA), version 4.1.

This statement does not mean that the site cannot be used with assistive technology. It reflects a precise and verifiable fact: no compliance audit has been carried out yet. Until one has taken place, we cannot announce a compliance rate, and we would rather say so than claim a partial compliance that nothing measures.

The full RGAA audit is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by an external audit by a certified provider in 2028. The detailed timetable is set out in our 2026-2028 multi-year accessibility plan.

Scope and method

This statement covers the vitruhome.com website.

Our authenticated applications are subject to the same commitment and the same multi-year plan, but are not covered by this statement: admin.vitruhome.com, analyse-de-site.vitruhome.com and ia.vitruhome.com. They will be the subject of separate statements following their own audit.

No audit method has been applied yet. To date, only partial automated checks (Lighthouse) are in place, and an automated check covers only a fraction of the RGAA criteria: it can neither establish nor refute compliance.

What is already in place

These elements are verified in the site's code. They do not amount to compliance; they document the actual state:

  • a skip link “Skip to main content”, the first focusable element on each page, leading to the main area;
  • the document language declared (lang attribute);
  • an identified main content area, target of the skip link;
  • a unique page title on each page.

Non-accessible content

Non-compliances: they cannot be listed exhaustively before the audit scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. This section will be completed, criterion by criterion, when it is published.

Exemptions for disproportionate burden: none is claimed to date.

Content not subject to the obligation: no third-party content outside our control is currently embedded in the site's public pages.

If you are unable to access any content or service on this site, write to us: we will direct you to an accessible alternative or provide the content in another form.
